Job Description:
This is an internship opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering at Trane Technologies. The internship is a 12-week summer program with potential locations having onsite or hybrid work expectations.
What you will do:
• Interns will be exposed to various assignments, which could include:
• Software Development
• Sustaining Engineering
• Product Management
• Application & Systems Engineering
• Modeling & Simulation
• Interns will have opportunities to interview for full-time, post-graduate programs like the Accelerated Development Program for Engineering or direct hire opportunities.

• Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership of work projects).
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation:
• Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $31.00 (Disclaimer: based on US national averages; actual pay could vary based on factors like seniority, merit, and geographic location).
