Job Description: Post Graduate Licensing Journey / Florida Registered Intern (WINGS Program)

This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking to start their Post Graduate Licensing journey towards a fulfilling career in Behavioral Health. It targets current students nearing completion or recent graduates of qualifying Master’s degrees, particularly those from Ana G. Mendez University (Master of Social Work – MSW) or other programs accredited by CACREP, COAMFTE, or CSWE.

The primary goal is to become a Florida Registered Intern in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with the ultimate aim of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Who Chrysalis Health is Looking For:

• A Current Student: Nearing completion of a Qualifying Master’s degree at Ana G. Mendez University, or other accredited programs.
• A Recent Graduate: Who has completed a Qualifying Master’s Degree at Ana G. Mendez University, or other accredited programs, and is ready to transition to Clinical Service.
• An interest in becoming a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in the State of Florida.

Florida Registered Internship Requirements:

• Graduation (or soon-to-be graduation) from a Master’s program accredited by:
Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)
Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE)
Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Specifically, for Ana G. Mendez University, this includes the Master of Social Work (MSW).
