Job Description
Keeley Construction, a brand under Keeley Companies, is seeking Accounting Interns to join its team for the Summer 2026 term.
Primary Responsibilities for the Accounting Intern role include:
• Providing support to key accounting functions such as the Controller, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Communicating effectively with all members of the accounting department for daily tasks.
• Being able to provide updates on all assigned tasks and projects.
• Attending department meetings to stay informed and contribute.
• Being responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learning and strictly adhering to the safety culture and policies of the company.
Minimum Qualifications required for this internship are:
• Currently in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possessing qualities of an intuitive listener with a high aptitude for learning.
• Being results oriented and an organized multi-tasker.
• A problem solver with innovative ideas.
• A self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions.
• Possessing advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Having a strong desire to learn multiple tasks.
