Interns at Winter will be exposed to and participate in many of the company’s daily business functions, including:
• Pre-construction
• Project start-up
• Finances
• Estimating
• Submittals
• Quality assurance
• Project documentation
• Scheduling

A key feature of this opportunity is that interns will gain the same exposure and experience as full-time Project Engineers within the organization.
The program also offers significant opportunities for advancement. Interns can chart a path toward future roles such as a Project Manager or Superintendent. Winter’s goal is to extend an offer to interns for another summer internship or a full-time Project Engineer position upon graduation, depending on their academic timeline.
