Job Description (Detailed)
This internship at REVELxp offers students the opportunity to gain challenging and meaningful work in events. Interns will acquire hands-on experience in client interaction, guest service, and problem resolution, while applying organizational skills to planning, equipment, and logistics. The role involves contributing to a unique business model focused on delivering high-level customer service and a unique approach to each event. Interns will experience the energy and commitment of a start-up environment while learning to maintain well-established systems.

• Direct client interaction through attending client site visits and answering the phone.
Duties And Responsibilities:
• Learn and administer policies and procedures regarding admission, catering, maintenance, and other premium tailgate operations.
• Assist in managing designated premium areas on game days, including every home TAMU football game, with occasional additional events as they vary.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain game day supplies and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the tailgate operation crew, tailgate bellhops, university personnel, caterers, and guests.
• Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with their clerical duties.
Requirements:
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passionate about sports, hospitality, and events.
• Strong teamwork mentality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn (must be a “team player”).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior event experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work every Friday.
• Willingness to work outside in varying weather conditions.
