This is for an Operations Management Internship Program at Betterway Rent a Car Group.
This hands-on role is designed to provide invaluable experience in managing rental car operations. Interns will develop skills with a strong focus on leadership, business management, sales, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations, including managing inventory, overseeing fleet maintenance, and handling administrative tasks.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards diligently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with management to effectively address operational challenges such as vehicle shortages and customer dissatisfaction.
• Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance customer experience and contribute to revenue growth.
• Promote the Betterway rewards program to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate and actively engage in regularly scheduled updates with senior leadership and executives, providing insights and receiving feedback.

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be currently working toward an associate or bachelor degree (any field of study is acceptable).
• Demonstrates being highly motivated and self-disciplined.
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
