Job Description: Sales Lead @ Macy’s Victoria Gardens
As a Pandora Sales Lead within Macy’s Victoria Gardens, you will be an enthusiastic brand ambassador responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the store team. This role is instrumental in achieving store success by providing support to both the Managers and Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace and promote the Pandora brand culture within the store.
• Create memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Exceed commercial targets and KPIs.
• Cultivate lasting fan relationships through authentic engagement.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and delegation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
