Job Description: Sales Lead @ Macy’s Moreno Valley
As a Sales Lead at the Pandora location within Macy’s Moreno Valley, you will be a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador, immersed in Pandora’s culture, products, and dedicated to building lasting connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by connecting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Embrace and promote the Pandora brand and store culture.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance.
• Foster accountability for individual and store performance.
• Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and delegation abilities.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
