• Position Title: Clinical Data Abstractor
• Employment Type: Flexible Schedule, Part-Time, Non-Benefit W2 Employee
• Location: 100% Remote (all applicants must reside within the continental United States)
Position Overview:
As a Clinical Data Abstractor, your primary responsibility will involve accurately abstracting and coding patient information from various medical records. This data abstraction is performed to meet the specific requirements of different target registries, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Abstracting patient data from medical records.
• Coding patient information according to registry requirements.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy, specifically achieving a 98% or higher IRR (Inter-Rater Reliability) score.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is essential.
• Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Remote Work: Previous remote work experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• Availability: Must be available to dedicate a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly.
