Job Description:
This role centers on ensuring independence and community integration for the people Lifehouse supports.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks to promote independence.
• Training and facilitating skill development to encourage independent living.
• Supporting community integration and social skill development through recreational activities (e.g., joining clubs, dining out, hiking, movies, vacations).
• Monitoring and documenting progress towards goals outlined in Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and updating goals as needed.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and third-party agencies.
• Participating in team meetings and training opportunities.

Requirements:
• Friendly, helpful attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Openness to learning new tasks including assisting with personal care and hygiene
• CA Driver’s License plus 2 years driving experience (Required)
• Registered Vehicle with valid insurance (Required)
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
