Job Description

Transdev in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Human Resources Clerk. This role provides essential support to the management team, focusing on full cycle recruiting and a variety of other HR-related responsibilities. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Compensation & Benefits

Transdev is proud to offer a competitive compensation package of minimum $21.75 – maximum $27.00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new applications and schedule interviews through the Application Tracking System.
  • Complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork, digitally.
  • Monitor and assist Human Resources Managers & supervisors with hiring processes for compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Create and maintain employee files.
  • Manage driver & staff payroll.
  • Track employee attendance & maintain driver seniority list.
  • Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • College coursework in a related field is preferred.
  • Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
