Job Description and Work Environment:
The work is characterized as fast-paced and physical warehouse work, involving the loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Work Schedule and Hours:
• Part-time employees typically work one shift a day, with shift lengths generally ranging from 3 to 6 hours, depending on package volume.
• Full-time employees work two shifts a day, with expected workdays between 6 and 10 hours.
• Overtime is paid for hours worked beyond 40 hours a week.
• Flexible scheduling is available to help employees maintain a balance between their work and personal lives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Federal Express Corporation (FEC) offers a comprehensive package of compensation and benefits:
• Competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour, paid weekly for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
• The initial Pay Range is estimated between $18.00 – $20.00/HR. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience, market level, location, and other job-related elements.
• Potential for additional pay, premiums, or bonus.
