Job Description

This is an onsite Quality Management Intern position at Florida Heat Pump Manufacturing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The internship is a minimum of 6 months, with the potential to extend to a year. It’s a 1st shift role in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in quality systems, continuous improvement, and operational support, focusing on data analysis and quality assurance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present data to support quality initiatives. Compile and update monthly and quarterly quality reports.
• Meeting Support: Assist in the preparation and presentation of topics during internal meetings.
• Problem Solving: Support product/process investigations and resolution efforts with internal stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and systems.
• General Support: Support the quality group leader with ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed.
