Job Description:
This is a Data Analyst Intern position with Endeavor Health Services, a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) located in West Seneca, NY. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analysis within a mission-driven organization that focuses on treating the whole person through a comprehensive range of services, including mental health and substance use disorder services.
This is an unpaid internship for the Fall 2025 semester, requiring an on-site presence at the West Seneca, NY office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
• Conducting preliminary data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Supporting the creation of data visualizations and dashboards to present findings.
• Collaborating with team members to develop data-driven insights for program improvement.
• Helping maintain data integrity and accuracy through regular checks and updates.
• Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assisting in developing and documenting data processes and methodologies.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on data strategy.
• Supporting the implementation of data collection tools and software.
• Conducting research on best practices and innovations in data analysis for non-profits.
