Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. As a UI/UX Design Intern at Altius, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. This is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for web applications.
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Who Should Apply?

• Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend implementation.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with NextJS and Flutter frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to create responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile.
• Basic knowledge of animation and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
