Job Title: Winter-Spring 2026 Co-Op – CLD Technology
Location: Framingham, MA
About The Job:
This co-op position offers the opportunity to contribute to the future of medicine by accelerating drug discovery and development. The intern will join a team focused on creating novel expression systems and recombinant cell lines for therapeutic protein generation within Sanofi’s biologics production pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the genetic manipulation of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells to support the cell line development platform and preclinical/research programs.
• Work on multiplexing genetic engineering strategies to improve recombinant protein expression in the Sanofi CHO platform.
• Assignments will be commensurate with experience.
• Develop a broad range of new skills and gain a solid understanding of genetic engineering, cell line development, and its role in biologics development.
