Job Description:
THP is seeking Structural Engineering Co-op/Intern students for their Cincinnati or Cleveland office. This is an opportunity to learn in a challenging and rewarding work environment. As an intern/co-op, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including both new construction and retrofit projects across diverse building structures within industries such as:
• Commercial
• Healthcare
• Higher Education
• Industrial
• Public Facilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently and collaboratively learn new systems and approaches to design.
• Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings.
• Communicate and coordinate work with in-house staff and other design team members.
• Conduct assessments of existing structures and perform structural observations.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in an accredited Civil or Architectural Engineering Program.
• Educational background in the design of various types of building materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Revit is a plus.
