Job Description
This position focuses on providing comprehensive IT support for Community Bank’s hardware and software infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
• Imaging and Deployment: Imaging, upgrading, and configuring PC hardware using Microsoft Windows OS and various enterprise office and banking applications.
• Inventory Management: Collecting and maintaining IT hardware and software inventory records.
• Technical Support: Providing general PC, network, and printer support to all branches and back-office areas, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and communication issues. This includes phone and remote support. Documenting requests and work performed in the Help Desk system.
• Network Support: Assisting in supporting LANs/WANs at administrative and operations centers and branches by monitoring system performance, user activities, and stability. Maintaining accurate network documentation, including maps, user lists, security logs, and server backups.
• Software Support: Providing technical support for numerous software systems, including Microsoft, Jack Henry, Adobe, and other financial and enterprise office environment applications.
• Banking Technology Support: Supporting PC/technology-based banking opportunities.
• Other Duties: Performing tasks assigned by the Technology Support Manager and/or Technology Support Team Lead.
