Job Description:

CBRE Investment Management is offering a 2026 Summer Internship Program for motivated students interested in investment management. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship with the potential for a full-time role in the future. Interns will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the organization, such as:

Client Solutions
Insights and Intelligence
Sustainability and Innovation
Financial Operations
Direct Private Real Estate
Indirect Private Real Estate
Private Infrastructure
Listed Real Assets

Intern responsibilities may include:

• Cash flow modeling
• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends
• Participating in investor industry reviews
• Underwriting leases and maintaining property models.

The internship program includes:

• A capstone project presentation at the end of the summer.

Qualifications:

• Currently an undergraduate or masters’ degree student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math with a graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
• Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Argus and cash flow modelling
• Computer Science, data analytics or similar degree minors/certificates
