Job Description:
Job Title: Endocrinologist
Location: Oak Park, IL (RUSH Oak Park Hospital)
Department: Endocrinology & Diabetes Care
Work Type: Full Time
RUSH Oak Park Physicians Group, Center for Diabetes and Endocrine Care is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Endocrinologist to join their team. A special interest in thyroid cancer, endocrine cancers, and endocrine complications of cancer therapies is desired.
Responsibilities:
• Primarily provide outpatient care and inpatient consults and management.
• Collaborate with RUSH Endocrine Surgery and Otolaryngology.
• Work with a team of advanced midlevel practitioners, experienced diabetic nurses, clinical diabetes educators, and support staff.
Requirements:
• MD/DO physician training
• Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology
• Demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education
• Experience with thyroid cancer management is valued, but mentorship is available for candidates with interest.
