Job Description:
Apex is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for building and scaling the organization by managing the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles, including positions in artificial intelligence, software, robotics, and vehicle engineering. The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen resumes, facilitate interviews, manage the offer process, and contribute to improving the candidate experience and recruiting processes. A strong passion for Apex’s mission and the aerospace industry is essential.
