Job Description:
This is an Intern opportunity at Conduent. The role involves monitoring incoming alerts from various monitoring applications and escalating issues in a timely manner to ensure Service Level and Organization Level Agreements are met. The position has the potential to evolve to include more technical responsibilities such as triaging tickets for server and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring applications and processes, and assisting with escalation/remediation steps.
• Following documented processes for daily activities.
• Performing actions based on business/operational needs and preparing system reports.
• Assisting with incident management and support requests.
• Working with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
• Verifying environment stability.
• Performing daily tasks competently and other duties as assigned.
• Complying with all policies and standards.
• Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.
Requirements:
• Able to expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
• Able to follows standardized procedures.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications
• Able to work within established procedures and practices.
• Understand existing procedures to resolve incidents
• Able to work with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and share information and ideas effectively.
