Job Description: Technical Co-founder with AI Background
Amotions AI is seeking a technical co-founder with a strong AI background to partner with the current founder and team. This individual will be crucial in taking Amotions AI to the next level, capitalizing on the market demand for its real-time AI sales coach.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical vision and strategy for Amotions AI’s product development.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the AI-powered platform.
• Drive innovation in the AI capabilities of the platform, focusing on areas such as natural language processing, machine learning, and real-time analytics.
• Build and manage a technical team as the company grows.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and other team members to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Participate in fundraising efforts, including presenting the technical aspects of the company to investors.
Qualifications:
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, with expertise in areas relevant to real-time analysis of sales and customer success conversations (e.g., NLP, speech recognition, machine learning).
• Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered products or services.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage software development projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building a successful company.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
• Currently, there is no funding for salary. Compensation will be possible upon raising funding or generating revenue. Equity will be offered.
