BakerHostetler is a large law firm seeking 2L students for its 2026 Summer Associate Program in Atlanta.
Job Description:
BakerHostetler is recruiting 2L students (Class of 2027) for its 2026 Summer Associate Program in its Atlanta office. The program is designed to provide law students with exposure to various aspects of the firm’s practice.
Key aspects of the program include:
• Firmwide Summer Training Programs: A comprehensive curriculum designed to interact with Summer Associates across the firm.
• Local Office Exposure: Participation in conferences, practice group sessions, depositions, trials, court proceedings, labor arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and business transaction closings within the Atlanta office.
• Varied Work Assignments: Carefully monitored to ensure Summer Associates work on multiple projects with a variety of lawyers in different practice areas.
Qualifications:
• Superior academic records
• Completion of 2 years of law school prior to the 2026 Summer Program
• High levels of initiative and motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic
• Extracurricular involvement and leadership experience
