Job Description
This is a Summer Program position in New York. Summer associates will have the opportunity to work in and gain exposure to all of the firm’s practice areas on both the transactional and litigation side. Final determinations regarding placement in the transactional pool (Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A, and Capital Markets) or the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice will be made at the conclusion of the summer.
