Job Description:

This is a Risk Operations Analyst Intern position. The intern will support the Risk Operations team in executing core functions within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. This includes assisting with:

• Issue and control procedure programs
• Archer system support
• Governance reporting
• Documentation management

The intern will gain exposure to risk governance processes, data integrity practices, and cross-functional collaboration with business units and risk leaders.

Essential Functions:

• Work with Risk Operations team members to support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal SharePoint, Teams channels, and documentation repositories.
• Support the Risk Governance team in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Help maintain administrative calendars, roadmaps, and schedules.
• Help manage user access requests and support Archer system users with troubleshooting and navigation.
• Perform data quality checks and assist with the preparation of dashboards, iViews, and reports within Archer.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation of test scripts for system enhancements.
• Participate in the documentation and update of policies, procedures, and workflows supporting Risk Operations processes.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Banking, financial services industry, technology industry, and risk management preferred.
Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) applications is a plus.
