Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Virtual

Duration: Fall 2025 (September 2025 – December 2025) – 4 months

Availability: Full-time (37.5 – 40 hours weekly) is required.

About The Opportunity:

The Sales Intern will support Dayforce’s sales team of over 40 individuals spread across 6 teams in the US and Canada. The intern will play an integral role in the fast-paced sales and marketing team, assisting with numerous roles including account planning, CRM updates and hygiene, supporting marketing outreach efforts, and more.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and target markets.
• Support lead generation and qualification efforts via tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM software.
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and demo materials.
• Shadow sales calls and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
• Update and manage customer data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Track sales metrics and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and support campaigns.

Skills And Experience We Value:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, and B2B sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM platforms)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

What Would Really Make You Stand Out:

• Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
