They are developing a digital platform to measure and make cognition actionable through web-based interactive tasks. These tasks target executive function, processing speed, working memory, and mood. About the Job:
Cogello is seeking a Neuromarketing Intern to help define and scale their early brand presence. The intern will work closely with the founding team to experiment with storytelling, content strategy, social media, and positioning, all grounded in neuroscience-informed insights.
Key responsibilities include:
• Co-developing and implementing a lightweight marketing roadmap.
• Researching competitors and identifying whitespace in messaging.
• Writing neuroscience-informed copy for the landing page, pitch deck, and investor materials.
• Designing and testing organic social content (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Applying principles from neuromarketing to shape content.
• Helping define brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Contributing to PR, outreach campaigns, and partnership messaging.

• Location: Remote or hybrid
• Type: Unpaid, equity-based internship
• Commitment: 4-8 hours/week
• Duration: 12-16 weeks (flexible)
• Compensation: Unpaid + equity (0.10-0.25%) subject to a 1-year vesting schedule with a 3-month cliff (advisory-style, contingent on incorporation)
