They are seeking someone who will refine the existing curriculum, promote it throughout the organization, and actively protect the company’s values-driven environment.
Job Description: Leadership Consultant
The Leadership Consultant is primarily responsible for the following:
• Facilitating and Maintaining VBL Curriculum: The core of the role involves delivering, maintaining, and refining HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) curriculum.
• Promoting and Protecting Values Based Leadership: Actively promoting and safeguarding the VBL culture within the company is a key responsibility.
• Training Delivery: Conducting training classes to instill VBL principles throughout the organization.
• Introductory Coaching: Providing initial coaching support to employees.
• Facilitation Services: Offering facilitation services when required. This includes conflict resolution, facilitating focus groups, and aiding decision-making processes.
• Introductory Coaching Services: Provides Introductory-level Coaching services.
• Curriculum Updates: Updates instructional curriculum as instructed by HDSI Director.
• Tool Reinforcement: Promotes and reinforces tools, lessons, and processes taught in HDSI classes to ensure customer integration of critical VBL competencies.
• Skills Acquisition: Continually acquires new developmental and instructional skills essential for sustained, productive, and professional soft-skills presentations.
• Onboarding Content: Delivers and evaluates onboarding content for new hires.
• Learning Event Communication: Communicates learning event details, pre-work assignments, material printing, scheduling, and/or course changes to Client Services Manager.
• Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains positive relationships with students, supervisors, and training suppliers/vendors.
• Development Request Response: Responds to employee development requests by diagnostic questions, recommending appropriate tools/classes, and/or redirecting to another HDSI representative.
