Job Description: Team Trainer

Crisp is seeking an experienced facilitator with a passion for team development, high-impact communication, and transformational learning to fill the role of Team Trainer. As a Team Trainer, you will be the face of Crisp’s in-office client training experiences. This involves traveling across the country to facilitate full-day sessions that align law firm teams, unlock growth, and deliver breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Traveling to 8 to 10 different cities every month to lead high-impact trainings for law firm teams.
• Facilitating full-day, in-person sessions that challenge perspectives, align teams, and create clarity.
• Working with law firm teams and leadership, helping them take their growth to the next level.
• Leading impactful conversations, creating a space for breakthroughs.
• Selling future trainings by identifying needs and making recommendations.
• Debriefing with firm owners and leadership teams, providing insights and recommendations.
• Learning and getting certified in each new training curriculum.
• Documenting session insights and takeaways for internal teams.
• Delivering each session with a high standard and focus.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or professional training, with a track record of leading impactful, in-person sessions.
• Experience leading trainings or workshops for full teams, including executive leadership teams.
• Experience working in corporate or professional environments.
• Ability to travel to 8–10 cities per month for client trainings.
• Confident, engaging presence with the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations and guide teams through breakthroughs.
• Comfort navigating strong personalities and managing group dynamics.
• Ability to confidently sell additional trainings in-session by identifying client needs.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prepare for and lead full-day trainings solo.
• Clear and professional communication skills (live and written).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
