• Pay: $62704 yearly
• Mission: To learn the Enterprise business from the ground up, develop operational expertise, and acquire the skills necessary to manage a branch, cultivate new business, and lead a team.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Learn the core business operations while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise to both customers and partners.
• Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships and develop strategic growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Develop skills to manage your own team and eventually run your own branch.
• Relationship Building: Establish essential community relationships to support business growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in either Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry) OR Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license. Ability to read, write, and understand English.
