About the Role: Creative Production Intern – Experiential Design (Summer 2025)
This internship offers hands-on experience in bringing creative ideas to life through immersive storytelling and cutting-edge technology. Interns will work alongside senior creatives and technology & production professionals on real-world projects, from concept to execution. The role focuses on developing design skills, creative thinking, and technical understanding.
What You’ll Do:
• Creative Development & Support:
• Assist in planning, pre-production, and execution of experiential activations and branded events, supporting the creative producer and collaborating with designers, art directors, and the creative technology team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for interactive and experiential concepts.
• Source and track creative materials, signage development, and client assets.
• Interact with cross-functional teams (design, fabrication, and production).
• Project Work:
• Assist in project activation preparation.
• Attend project meetings and support timeline management, documentation, and deliverables.
• Participate in internal creative reviews, contributing to discussions on concept, visual, and narrative refinement.
• Provide on-site support during activations (locally based) as needed.
• Research & Innovation:
• Research materials, technologies, and design trends in experiential and creative tech spaces.
• Stay updated on trends in experiential activations, spatial design, and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a communications or creative-related field (experiential, media, design, event production, etc.).
• Strong interest in live experiences, interactive storytelling, and branded environments (1+ year preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask proactively.
• Clear and thoughtful communication skills, able to articulate creative ideas.
• Demonstrated care and thoroughness in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
