Job Description: Treasury Department Internship

This is a 10-week, part-time internship (15-25 hours per week, flexible within normal business hours) offering a comprehensive experience in the banking industry, specifically within the Treasury department. The internship provides exposure to various aspects of the business and its leaders. Interns will work on projects that demonstrate the day-to-day operations of a bank. The program includes mentorship from experienced professionals, participation in meetings, and networking opportunities with other interns and associates.

Responsibilities:

Support liquidity risk management: This involves assisting with data analysis, internal reporting, and the integration of new liquidity stress testing models.
Perform research, peer benchmarking, and analysis: The intern will conduct research and analysis, including comparisons to industry peers.
Interact with associates: This includes communication across different lines of business through meetings, emails, and conversations.
Prepare presentation materials: The intern will assist in creating presentations for management, including materials for the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO).
Assist other teams: Support will be provided to other teams within Corporate Treasury on projects related to Asset/Liability Management, Loan and Deposit Pricing, Capital Planning, and other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

• Full-time undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• GPA of 3.25 or above.
• Strong interest in business and finance (no specific major required).
• Resourcefulness, team-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-development (through work or campus activities).
• Ability to interface and network effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
