Job Description: Ecommerce Marketing Intern (Hybrid)
This is a multifaceted internship requiring both design and development skills. The intern will contribute to online marketing campaigns and seasonal activations. Key responsibilities include:
• Design & Content Creation: Creating visually appealing digital assets for online marketing campaigns and seasonal activations. Editing and entering content into Crayola’s content management system (CMS), playing a key role in data redistribution within the CMS. Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Web Development: Translating design specifications into digital content, coding responsive and cross-browser-compatible elements, conducting testing and debugging. Considering user experience (UX) and best WCAG 2.2 practices for accessibility, as well as site performance optimization tactics to enhance engagement.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams within Crayola, adhering to industry best practices.
Required Skills & Proficiencies:
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with HTML5 and CSS.
• Ability to keep up with industry trends in design and web development.
Physical Demands:
The job primarily involves sitting, using computers, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. The internship is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite in Forks Township, PA.
