Job Description:
This position focuses on the design and implementation of next-generation AI agents to enhance Adobe’s product ecosystem. The role requires expertise in several key areas:
• Agent System Architecture: Designing and building robust architectures that integrate multiple AI capabilities into intelligent agents. This includes utilizing frameworks like LangChain, MCP, and Agent Development Kit (ADK) for practical agent development. Experience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) interactions is also needed.
• LLM Post-Training and Evaluation: Developing and implementing sophisticated methods for post-training and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) within the agent systems.
• Image Generation and Editing: Contributing to AI solutions related to image creation and manipulation.
• Scalable AI Solutions: Building AI solutions that can handle the demands of a large-scale production environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop cutting-edge AI agents that improve Adobe’s product offerings.
• Design and implement robust agent architectures combining multiple AI capabilities.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance effectively.
• Apply state-of-the-art LLM techniques to specialized applications within Adobe’s products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, LLMs, and agentic system development.
• Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.
