Job Description: Procurement Operations Internship

This 6-month paid internship at Cargill Business Services Sofia offers a hybrid working model with 30 working hours per week, adjustable to accommodate university schedules. Cargill seeks one intern to join their team, with starting dates in June and July.

Job Purpose and Impact:

This internship provides a career launchpad within Cargill’s European procurement operations. The intern will be an integral part of Cargill’s European, Middle East, and African structure, performing live activities based on business unit needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitoring and following up on order confirmations and deliveries.
• Managing Purchase Order amendments.
• Providing end-user support (receiving requests, expediting them, and escalating when necessary).
• Establishing and maintaining an end-user support system.
• Identifying sources of discrepancies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Team assignment will be determined during the selection process based on candidate performance and preferences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Academic background: Preferably in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of university studies.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Interest in working in a complex multinational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
