Job Description: Marketing & Communications Intern

This is a full-time, paid internship (40 hours per week) for the Summer of 2025, with the potential for extension into the Fall and beyond. The intern will be part of Stoneridge’s Global Marketing & Communications team, playing a key role in supporting internal communications, content creation, and product marketing.

Responsibilities:

Internal Communications: Assist in developing internal communication plans for consistent organizational messaging.
Product Marketing: Support content creation for product launches, sales enablement materials, and customer-focused messaging.
Content Management: Develop and manage content for internal and external channels (social media, websites, email campaigns).
Event Marketing: Assist in planning and executing customer and industry events, including promotional materials and post-event communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Marketing Collateral: Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports to enhance brand awareness and product positioning.
Strategic Support: Contribute to the Global Marketing & Communications strategy through research, campaign tracking, and content development.
Internal Storytelling & Leadership Communications: Support global initiatives in these areas.
Branding & Digital Content Creation: Contribute to the company’s branding efforts and creation of digital content.

Qualifications:

• Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in event planning and execution.
Creative thinking with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with global teams.
