Job Description: Digital Learning Specialist
This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco. The Digital Learning Specialist will be responsible for spreading awareness and adoption of Padlet within the education sector. Key responsibilities include:
• Professional Development: Delivering both remote and in-person professional development sessions for 30-50 educators per session. Training needs to be customized to align with individual school and district learning objectives.
• Online Webinars: Developing and leading online webinar sessions. This also involves coordinating with external trainers for global reach.
• Educational Marketing Content: Creating various marketing materials including content collections, website features, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Course Development & Instructional Guides: Developing online video courses, instructional guides, and use case examples for teachers. This requires leveraging data and research on current educational trends.
• Conferences: Attending education technology conferences and presenting sessions for teachers.
• Trainer Community Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with a community of educators to facilitate Padlet integration and gather user feedback.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Customer Operations, Sales, and Product teams to meet customer needs and provide feedback to inform product development.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 or Higher Education setting.
• Expertise with various web-based educational technology tools.
• Experience leading professional development sessions for teachers, employing adult learning best practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.

• School or district leadership background
