Job Description: Marketing Intern (Summer 2025)
HDR’s Florida Water Business Group seeks an energetic, organized, and team-oriented individual for a summer 2025 marketing internship, with the possibility of full-time employment. The internship is part-time and temporary.
Responsibilities:
• Project Support: Creating project opportunity entries; supporting proposal development; working with client managers, project managers, and leadership during pursuit activities.
• Data & Social Media: Supporting marketing data and dashboard updates; supporting social media activity.
• Public Outreach: Supporting public outreach activities (e.g., public meetings), including coordination and logistics.
• Communications: Participating in the development of strategic communication documents (presentations, boards); engaging with marketing and strategic communications project delivery teams.
• Other Duties: Performing other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign).
• Ability and desire to travel and engage in-person with others.
• 2 years completed towards a college degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Demonstrated understanding of dashboards, data entry and management, and social media engagement.
• Local candidates preferred.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• A commitment to being an active participant in their employee-owned culture.
