Job Description: Digital and Technology Internship – Business Process Workflow Intern
MasterBrand Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Workflow Intern to join their Digital and Technology team. Specific Role:
The Business Process Workflow Intern will primarily focus on documenting and visually representing business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio. Key responsibilities include:
• Documenting and analyzing business process workflows: Ensuring clarity and efficiency in existing processes.
• Creating visual representations: Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Visio to create workflow diagrams.
• Collaborating on process improvement: Identifying areas for optimization with team members.
• Supporting project management: Contributing to task tracking, communication, and reporting.
• Assisting with documentation: Organizing and compiling project-related materials.
This role is ideal for students pursuing a Business degree with an interest in Computer Science. While the primary focus is on process documentation and visualization, there may be opportunities to support project management tasks depending on the intern’s skills and interests. The internship is expected to last 6-12 months, starting in the Summer of 2025, with hours adjusted based on school schedules (40 hours/week during the summer). The location is in the Cleveland, OH area.
