Job Description: Digital and Technology Internship – Business Process Workflow Intern

MasterBrand Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Workflow Intern to join their Digital and Technology team. This internship offers a cutting-edge opportunity to immerse oneself in the heart of their digital and tech function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing, consumer engagement, and business operations. The internship focuses on leveraging the latest tools and methodologies, encompassing areas such as cybersecurity, data science, digital manufacturing, and enterprise architecture.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Documenting and analyzing business process workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Creating visual representations of workflows using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Supporting project management efforts, including task tracking, communication, and reporting.
• Assisting in compiling and organizing project-related documentation.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (graduating in 2026), located in the Cleveland, OH area during Summer 2025, and possesses strong organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) is a plus, as is an interest in project management and workflow optimization. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The internship is for 6-12 months, starting Summer 2025, with hours dependent on school schedule (40 hours/week during the summer).
