Detailed Job Description: Engineering Internship Program (Summer 2025)

Johnson & Johnson offers an 8-week Engineering Summer Internship Program (June 2025 – August 2025, dates may be flexible) for rising first-year college students. This program is specifically targeted towards students who participated in the FIRST Robotics program during high school and are pursuing a STEM degree.

Program Features:

Real-world experience: Hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Structured learning: A designed educational experience to support interns new to corporate environments.
Skill development: Projects designed to improve leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
Cross-functional teamwork: Collaboration across Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Corporate/Enterprise sectors.
Interactive environment: Development of capabilities and skills for career foundation building.

Internship Details:

Locations: Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cincinnati, OH; Santa Clara, CA; and Jacksonville, FL.
Functions: Support in Supply Chain or Research & Development.
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), onsite presence at least 3 days/week (commutable distance required).
Housing: Some roles may offer a one-time housing stipend.
Transportation: Intern’s responsibility.

Overtime: Position is overtime eligible.

Note: The application process is on a rolling basis at the site level. Pay varies based on grade level at the time of offer ($19.00 – $51.50 per hour).
