Job Description:

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking full-time paid interns for its Corporate offices in Green Hills, PA (a suburb of Reading, PA) for the Summer of 2025 (approximately May – August, 12 weeks). The internship is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Responsibilities:

Interns will work on various assignments and projects related to their field of study. All interns participate in Penske’s Cooperative Internship Program, a hands-on program focusing on three pillars:

Community Service: Involvement in community service activities.
Social Networking: Opportunities to build professional relationships.
Professional Development: Development of professional skills.

Location: Corporate offices in Green Hills, PA (7 miles south of Reading, PA), with ample free parking.

Qualifications:

• Full-time student in an accredited Bachelor’s or post-Bachelor’s degree program (specific areas of study may be required for some internships).
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree students should be entering their junior or senior year.
• Completion of some core curriculum classes is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to interface professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation (including employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

Physical Demands:

The job requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
