Job Description: Motorsport Marketing Intern

This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of motorsport marketing. The intern will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives and will be involved in several key areas:

Event Coordination & Logistics: Assisting in the planning and execution of motorsport events, activations, and trade show participation. This involves logistical support and on-site assistance.

Partnership & Vendor Management: Supporting the activation of marketing partnerships and maintaining communication with vendors regarding marketing materials, branded goods, and team gear.

Sales & Customer Support: Providing assistance to the sales team by supporting customer and dealer communications.

Marketing & Communication: Contributing to both global and regional communications efforts, including content creation, media relations, and event promotion.

Project Management & Process Improvement: Tracking projects, identifying areas for improvement in marketing processes, and ensuring efficient execution of marketing tasks.

Creative Design Assistance: Supporting the creative design teams across various locations.

Regional Partnerships: Leading communication and coordination efforts for regional partnerships.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to optimize campaigns, improve event strategies, and enhance customer engagement. This requires strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate personal accountability, self-discipline, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. Proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools is crucial. Experience with project management tools and a background in motorsports are considered pluses.
