Job Description:

This internship offers a hands-on experience in a professional setting, allowing interns to contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. The role blends marketing responsibilities with some client support tasks.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Focus: Interns will utilize various marketing tools to boost brand presence and product visibility. A key component involves collaborating with marketing professionals to create and implement social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn. Analyzing existing marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategic recommendations is also a core responsibility. Staying current with digital marketing and social media trends and providing insights to the company is vital.

Client Support: The role also includes providing back-office support to financial advisors and assisting with client-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior in a four-year bachelor’s degree program, graduating in 2026, 2027, or 2028.
• In-person work in Arcadia or Westlake Village office.
• Major in Data Analytics, Sales, Communications, Marketing, or Finance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience (student organizations, internships, community involvement, or paid employment).
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
