Job Description: Sales & Marketing IT Intern
This is a remote internship within Pinterest’s IT team, focusing on a specific technical project within the Sales & Marketing function. The intern will:
• Develop coding solutions: Contribute to real-world coding projects using their skills.
• Collaborate with various platforms: Work across Salesforce and other Sales & Marketing software stacks commonly used in the tech industry.
• Communicate effectively: Share ideas and opinions openly, actively participating in professional development.
• Make a tangible impact: Contribute directly to Pinterest’s success through their work.
• Network and engage: Interact with senior leaders, diverse employees, and participate in company events.
Requirements:
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with Salesforce and related Sales/Marketing technologies is a plus. Non-academic coding experience (hackathons, personal projects, GitHub contributions, etc.) is also valued.
• Soft Skills: Ability to document code clearly, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and present work to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in IS/MIS, engineering, or a related technical field. Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree by June 2027.
Internship Dates: May 20, 2025 – August 9, 2025 or June 17, 2025 – September 6, 2025.
Compensation: $7,500 – $9,000 monthly (minimum and maximum salary range). Final salary depends on factors like location, experience, and skills.
