Job Description: Constellation Supply Intern Program
Constellation is seeking highly motivated students for paid, 10-week spring internships (June-August 2023). The program aims to provide experiential learning, integrating classroom knowledge with practical application and skills development. Interns will gain valuable applied experience, build professional connections, and explore career paths within Supply Chain Management. The program also serves to create a pipeline of diverse candidates for future full-time positions at Constellation.
Responsibilities: Interns will support various supply chain activities, which may include:
• Implementing sourcing strategies for purchasing materials and services.
• Identifying supply chain improvements related to quality, delivery, order/payment processing, and pricing.
• Assisting in supplier development activities.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 cumulative, 3.0 major GPA.
• Outstanding academic performance.
• Team-oriented work style.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work permanently in the U.S.
Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
