Honda prides itself on providing valuable, hands-on experience for its co-ops and interns. Instead of menial tasks, interns work on project-based assignments relevant to their department’s needs. Projects can range from developing new tests and designing systems to interacting with suppliers and managing projects. Beyond the work itself, Honda offers paid events such as Q&A sessions with senior associates, facility tours, social events, and volunteer opportunities. The program emphasizes Honda’s core values: Dreams, Joy, Passion, Respect, and Challenging Spirit. The company seeks individuals who are proactive, passionate, and respectful, wanting to contribute to a global organization.
