Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T offers a paid, 4-month B2B Sales Development Program designed to launch sales careers. The program includes a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends in certain situations.
Program Details:
• Instructor-led interactive training: The program provides comprehensive training on sales techniques and strategies.
• Real-world experience: Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Technology focus: The program utilizes advanced technologies to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Competitive environment: The program provides the tools and connections to achieve top sales performance.
• Diverse challenges: Participants gain experience in new business acquisition and managing existing customer accounts.
• Career progression: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; see placement map on the website for available markets).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
