Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program includes:
• $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may also be available depending on circumstances.
• Instructor-led, interactive training: This training provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in B2B sales.
• Real-world experience: Participants work directly with customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations, gaining practical experience in the sales process.
• Advanced technology utilization: The program utilizes advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Competitive environment: The program provides the tools and resources to become a top sales performer.
• Diverse challenges: Participants will learn to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
• Career progression: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference is considered (within available markets; see placement map on website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: A base salary of $57,000 plus $23,000 in yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
